With more than thirty years of experience as an independent consultant for interior/exterior decking on naval ships, general construction, and flooring of all types, Jon Solomon started IFPC in a small Norfolk warehouse in 1993. His technical expertise, vision, and leadership continue to drive IFPC's growth and reputation, serving both commercial and residential clients, as well as the U.S. government.

Scott has over 45 years of experience in marine preservation estimating & project management, including all types of coatings. He is also an instructor for Workforce Development at the Newport News Shipyard.

I worked with Dena at IFPC twice now. First of all, her advice was spot on. She directed me from one piece of stone to another and pointed out to me the issues with the first piece. The new stone countertop was completed in a great timeframe, it looks fantastic, and IFPC's pricing was better than a big box store. You should see their stone cutter in their warehouse, too, super cool! Thanks Dena. I highly recommend IFPC for granite countertops.

This was my first experience with IFC and it was a great experience! Dena was so helpful in picking out the granite and planning different ways we could use it in our master bath remodel. Then Brian and Miguel were extremely helpful every time I came to the shop to measure for the sinks and get advice for some special projects I was using their granite for. When the cabinets were finished, the crew arrived the next day to do the installation, and it looks great! Dena, Brian, and Miguel are a great team and I will trust them totally for the next stone project I have at the house.
