Don’t move here worst apartments ever! I regret living here for almost 2 years! These apartments are full of mold all the walls mold comes out, when i moved all my mattress including my toddler’s mattress was moldy from the bottom! I would clean the walls with pure clorox and the mold would still come out! We broke our lease because of this reason and they charged us $4,247 just to move out of 1 bedroom apartment it’s unbelievable the amount they charged us. Plus neighbors and parking neighbors are the worst.

I’ve been waiting for roughly 2 weeks + to have my kitchen sink fixed. Called a week ago to check in on status of work order and was told “just printed a batch of work orders this morning and maintenance is out on the property going through them.” No estimated time wait or anything. It’s a daily struggle to have to run back and forth every time I want to wash some dishes if I want to cook a meal for my child because it’s getting expensive having to I order takeout everyday. Frankly don’t know what to do anymore. This is ridiculous and I’m frustrated.

Moved in roughly half a year ago into a unit that had no screens and a broken washer,was assured that the screens would be put in within the first week and still havnt been put in. Had about 3-4 different work orders put in for the washer and even had a maintenance person lie and say they came by to fix it during a time that were all home,eventually they just gave us a whole new washer. Had my car towed out of a covered spot I was paying for because it sat too long (not to mention they had given me zero notice they wanted it gone and had it towed on a Friday so I couldnt pick it up until monday

No parking except for out in the street. A lot of cars broken into both in the complex and out in the street. Lot of crime Loud music. They let more people move Into A apartment way beyond what Is considered safe for living quarters. Lots of drug deals. If this is what you're looking for this is the place for you come one come all they will let just about anybody moving there. After 2 years of everything going on it is only gotten worse at this apartment complex I apartment complex I reached out already 3 times the property management and Is there a corporate office Had no call backs or no replies

WAY too much to say! "Short" version, The office staff is mostly very sweet, but they are WAY understaffed and in turn having to deal with that fact has made it unfair to them and the tenants! Would say A LOT more but still live here and don't want to risk it (if ya catch my drift)! Not even comfortable leaving this! Just do yourself a favor and REALLY dig deep for info before you decide! Drive through, ask current residents #1 how long they've lived here & #2 how their experience has been. Everyone has their own opinion of course, so ask as many people as you can! You'll get your answer...

Worst place i have ever lived. Constant roach infestations. Maintenance is so backed up that i have an unfinished work order from almost 7 months ago. I understand covid and not having enough funds to replace things (if that's the real reason) but this is ridiculous. The only good thing about living here is the low rent. I cant wait to move.

When I first moved it the place was pretty Solid. I've been here 3 years and am now moving. I have some real problems with the Management NOT returning phone calls and emails. One office person tells me they didn't receive my emails. However last week (10.5-10.8.2020) when I spoke to someone in the office, they said they did see my emails and no-one responded when she was out of the office. Telling me that they didn't get my emails is not professional: I received no bounce-back emails for any invalid address, and all emails in gmail show sent successfully. I have a friend who lives there. The apartment is nice for a one bedroom. Washer/dryer in the units but their very small. It's a big complex and the parking isn't good. Your only allowed one car per unit. Utilities are not.included in rent. Not even garbage. The bathrooms are extremely small and I mean small. It seems like a quiet place. It's not bad.
