Services
To help prevent foundation problems, we preform a procedure called root barrier. This is the process by which we create a a trench that is 1 foot wide and 3 feet deep in order to place root barrier chemical to prevent trees from going under your homes. The chemical helps "numb" the roots of the tree so that they do not create foundation problems in your home.
We offer tree planting with a 1 year warranty on the tree or trees. We will get the tree for you, transport the tree to where you need it planted and plan the tree where you would like it. Prices may vary depending on the type of tree, so feel free to call for more information and your measurements as well.

In my younger years I did tree work including pruning from within the trees on ropes and saddle. This included very near historic houses in a National Park as I worked for the Dept of Interior. Suffice it to say that I am an exacting customer. The crews with Dallas Arbor Care are professional, knowledgeable, and careful of your property. I know, because I have hired them for many years, inspected their work both real-time and after they have departed. I rarely write reviews, but wanted to warn customers that you may be on the hook for damage that Dallas Arbor Care causes to your property and your neighbor's property.
Dallas Arbor Care trimmed our neighbor's trees recently. Unfortunately, they let one branch fall onto our driveway (according to their workers), causing a crack and a hole. I understand that mistakes happen, and I called the company to figure out how to get the damage repaired. The employee who answered the calls assured me that the owner is aware of the issue and will be calling me soon. It has now been several weeks

I was VERY impressed with Dallas Arbor Care to the point I am choosing to leave reviews in a few places. The arborist that was supervising/directing was friendly and professional and the front yard trees don't just look trimmed they look really, truly beautiful and professionally reshaped. They are almost 3 stories tall, but had so many dead limbs and trunk off shoots. I am a huge tree lover and was scared I was going to lose most of my trees like all my neighbors do hiring general lawn people... so it was like a beautiful gift. I can't say enough about Dallas Arbor Care.
I asked my neighbor for a tree trimming recommendation and she said that Dallas Arbor Care was coming out in a few days to trim her trees. I spoke with them when they were doing her trees and went ahead and set a date up for the next week (yesterday). I was a bit leery considering how I had a few bad experiences in the past. I have had my trees trimmed here at this location many times and by a few different companies.
Dallas Arbor Care came yesterday and did more than I could have ever expected. Very professional and complete job. The price was

These people didn't do any work at my house and that's the point. I emailed them a request for an estimate. The request form was on their own website. Several days later I called to follow-up to make sure they received the email. I did not receive a call or email in return. I am really tired of companies who don't seem to care about new business. Do they want people to beg for their services?

I cannot say enough about my recent experiences about Dallas Arbor Care! From beginning to end, I was treated courteously and with great professionalism from everyone involved. During the estimate, I was provided with invaluable advice about how to save a large Cottonwood tree that I had previously thought was unsalvageable. I can't wait to start on Chuck's plan for this tree in the upcoming months when spring arrives! I love trees but I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about them. I feel a lot more confident after talking to Chuck. He has a real love for trees and it shows

I have a really huge oak tree in the front of my house that needed some serious trimming. When I called Dallas Arbor Care, they took the time to come out and give me an accurate estimate and the next day their team of tree people came out. i was expecting them to hack it up, but they trimmed it from the inside and did an awesome job. I totally will recommend these guys to trim trees anytime.
