We had such a great experience with our shuttle to and from the airport on our Disney World vacation. I was pleased how they texted me the morning of/ night before to confirm pick up time. Just recently used their services while in Orlando, from our hotel to the airport. The driver contacted us the day before to confirm our 3:45a pick up. I was nervous the day of our flight that he would be running late due to the time but to our surprise, he was there on time, waiting for us. Very courteous and professional. I was a part of a 10 person group who flew into Orlando International Airport and used this service to get to our conference hotel and then back to the airport at the end of the conference.
I would highly recommend this company as it was slightly cheaper than some of its competitors with the better service that you would hope for from a small business over the larger companies.

Don't hesitate to use this company. Honest, experienced, clear communication and friendly. This was the first car service I used for my employer, so was unsure about what to expect. When I telephoned AST, all of my first-timer questions were answered by A REALLY NICE PERSON named BJ who made the process a seamless success because of his knowledge of the area. Great Service. My family of 5 visited Orlando and needed transportation to port Canaveral then to universal studios then back to airport. This service was reasonably priced and reliable. The driver was on time for each destination. To keep cost low, the service recommended a town car instead of a mini van. The town car was comfortable and fine for our family. I was happy that they were honest & gave us the cost effective tip! Would recommend to others.
