Myofascial Release is a type of hands-on therapy designed to release tension in the muscles and fascia across the body. This is done by applying gentle and sustained pressure by hand or with specific tools to engage the interconnected parts of the muscles and fascia to alleviate pain. The fascia is a connective tissue that covers and supports all of your body's structures including muscles, bones, and nerves.

I had left shoulder pain due to a incorrect Covid shot location that lasted for almost a year. The owner diagnosed the problem and after a few months of therapy my issue was completely resolved. I highly recommend Carewell. Great atmosphere, friendly but more importantly their expertise is paramount. Thanks a Million, You’re the Best!!! KB

I have been to Carewell a few times now and can't say enough about Dipti and her staff...Everyone is so friendly and they want to make sure your experience there is rewarding. Dipti is so educated in what she does that my last experience she was the one who figured out what my issue really was and she fixed it. I love how she really takes an interest in getting to know you and always remembers detail... Only place i will ever go to...

I couldn’t recommend this facility more! The staff is beyond friendly and professional. I always felt comfortable during my sessions. Dr Shah is such a delight. I never thought I would say I would actually miss going to physical therapy. Thank you for all of your help on the road to my recovery.

I went to Carewell Physical Therapy Clinic in 2019 for a frozen shoulder in my left arm. I was treated by Dipti Shah. She was very professional and accommodating as were her entire staff. She was wonderful and cured my frozen shoulder.
I recently got frozen shoulder in my right arm and started seeing Dipti again at the beginning of August 2021. I have already noticed substantial improvement in my arm and I am confident she will be able to cure this arm too as she did with my left arm in 2019. I would recommend her to anyone.

I’m so glad I found Carewell! I’ve been to other physical therapy places and their treatment is not even close to what I have received with Dipti and her staff. You aren’t just going in to do strengthening exercises. Dipti also massaged my hurt shoulder and provided E-Stim treatment at every appointment. Thank you!!

I can not recommend Carewell Physical Therapy enough!! Dipti's is so caring and understanding. She actually listens to what you have to say and more importantly what your body is telling you. She also has an amazing staff, Kate, Christina, and Louisa are great to deal with as well. They are very caring and have great attitudes and make therapy fun.
They say that in life we cross paths with angels, when Dipti Shah and I crossed paths it felt like I crossed paths with God!

Before I came to Carewell, I had severe TMJ pain (for years) in my jaw that was so debilitating I would suffer from migraines several times a week. The pain would often spread throughout my neck and back too. I tried everything, mouthguards, medication, even a chiropractor. Nothing helped. Then I found Dipti and her amazing staff! Dipti has helped my TMJ migraines so much, I have been going for about a month and have seen huge progress since. Went to Carewell PT after Knee Surgery. Had great help in gaining back strength and flexibility and valued the concern and care I received. Dipti Shah and her staff were wonderful. The care taken to ensure it was clean and safe was visible and reassuring. My personal care was far superior to other PT I've had in the past. Although the treatment was often painful and not easy, the staff was supportive and clearly understood what I needed. By the time I finished my treatments, I felt like I was leaving friends. Would recommend this clinic to anyone in need of Physical Therapy.

Great experience at Carewell Physical Therapy. Had hurt my leg, hard to walk. In short time got my leg back to being able to walk without a cane and no pain. Continuing to work with Carewell on other long term ailments. Staff and Owner are professional and focused on bring you back to top condition!
