Friendly, kind and helpful people who are not your typical sales reps. Melissa and Chuck made sure to clearly walk me through every step of the process without pushing any sales pitches and while allowing me all the time I needed to think over things. I called them 5 times before actually coming to take a look and each call was met with the same level of patience and helpfulness. At the shop itself, I was treated like family rather than a customer before, during and after the purchase. The reviews here are entirely warranted

OMG!-Worst customer service. Ive never experienced anything quite like it. My friend Beth was looking to buy (had cash in hand) We arrived hopeful & optimistic and we were excited and we're looking forward to be driving away happily and in something nice.
But that was def NOT THE CASE!! ...We had to call a Lyft and left feeling perplexed and somewhat "belittled"
We were referred to Pennington's by a sweet lady, Who in my opinion got screwed over by them, but for some reason, still had nothing but nice things to say, she even told Beth that she would prolly have better

Chuck and Melissa were excellent. Not only that they delivered the car an hour away for me and it went smooth as butter . I was referred to Pennington Auto Sales by two of my close friends as reliable and trustworthy. I found a beautiful Honda Accord that stole my heart and I fell in love instantly. This is one of the absolute best auto sales places I have ever encountered. Chuck, Melissa and the crew at Pennington's are friendly, honest, and customer oriented people. I have purchased and referred friends and family to a total 33+ car sales there. I wouldn't do that if I wasn't 100% satisfied with them. I was referred to Pennington's by my auto mechanic (Titan Automotive). While I ended up finding my son's used car at another dealership (actually my son was the one who did for the record), I would not hesitate to return to them as Melissa was awesome. She really cared about helping us find the right car and was NOT PUSHY like the other used car lots I have dealt with in the past. This is truly a place to go to if you need a quality used car from honest and trustworthy people. My family needed a car but our credit was less than worthy and they gave us a chance. Went to look at a truck they had advertised on Craigslist, it was in great condition, low miles for the year, but there were a couple things that raised questions, there was condensation in both headlight assemblies, probably the result of power washing under the hood to detail it.
Antenna was missing, small amount of damage (dent) on the rear bumper.
But mostly there was a small area inside the door jam were the paint didn't look right and was accompanied by a little rust in that area.
We asked several times if they knew if it had ever been in an accident, to which they answered "not

Went to buy a car here on a recommendation. Don't do it! They sold me a car that hadn't been smogged (wasn't told this until AFTER paperwork was signed). Was told to drive it a hundred miles or so to "reset" the monitors. Drove it 100 miles, came in and they said I need to drive it more. Went and wasted another tank of gas and drove back same day to recheck. Nope!!!! Drive some more!!! What?? You sold a car that can't be registered or smog checked. Is that even legal? Answer: NO. I was told they would give me a loaner and one of them would drive it around until
