Inquired via email, Kendal called me and I stopped by later that day to look at a Durango. It was a great looking car & test drove very nicely. Unfortunately the girlfriend wasn't fond of it. Otherwise it would be sitting in my driveway. Will definitely be back in the future.
It was a great experience from start to finish.

Nice guy..however, we traveled an hour to see the car and it madea terribly loud noise which got worse as qe drove it. Why this wasn't mentioned or fixed before we arrived is unclear. Visually it was impeccable but we couldn't drive it one block!

This dealership accepted a deposit on a car from someone else even though I'd already made an appointment to see it the next day--and even though I told them that I'd rearranged other appointments to make that possible. At no time did the dealership let me know that I had the option to offer a deposit or that someone else was offering one. I simply got a text saying that someone else had put a deposit down. I don't really like to leave bad reviews, but I feel obligated to let other people know about this experience so that they can use their best judgment when deciding where to take

Went up last week to check out an F350 Kendal had for sale. It was the cheapest v10 I could find and online seemed as though it was in great condition. We got there right around closing (sorry about that Kendal!) and gave him a call. He came right over and let us take a look at the truck.
We went on a test drive and it was very low pressure. He gave me a couple different routes I could take depending on how long I wanted to drive the truck which was nice. We decided on getting it and went over to his office to complete the purchase.

Bought a vehicle from Kendal at Bruns. I was very hesitant at first buying from a dealer but the process was much easier than when I've bought from private parties. The paperwork was very simple and no funny business. Kendal was always prompt returning my calls and I never felt pushed. The car fax dealer thing gave me a lot of peace of mind because I saw the full history and my car was even 1 owner. The paying tax part was annoying at first but I would have had to pay the tax and registration myself and now I don't have to go to the DMV or anything. I will definitely see what bruns has
