Heather Ridge uses a professionally designed curriculum program by Zoo Phonics. Zoo Phonics offers thematic curriculum; complete with lesson plans, assessments, progress reports, portfolios and newsletters for parents to use as a guide. Children learn through hands on play and structured activities in our well organized learning centers.
Our classroom is organized into "learning environments." These are the places within our classroom where the children can find the toys and materials related by theme, interest, and skills. These activities and toys can be used independently by the children, or with teacher direction, to reinforce and enrich skills and concepts they need.

Services
Our toddler enrichment program serves as a great introduction to preschool activities, helping young children transition into more structured enrichment activities, while fostering independence. Our routine and activities build on understanding self, communicating with others, regulating emotions, problem solving, and respecting self, others, and the environment.

Our family has been coming to Heather Ridge for the last two years and we could not be more pleased with the center! The staff goes above and beyond to make our children feel comfortable and safe. We have our baby bear in the infant room and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ladies in the room have a real love for the kids and their job. I've heard the staff talk about how adorable the kids are and share pictures that they've taken earlier in the day. My son lights up when he sees his teachers which makes it so much easier to go to work.
