Kinderland is a child care center that has provided quality infant and preschool programs to Redding children since April of 2004. Our seven classrooms enable us to provide appropriate learning experiences to children of different ages and ability levels.

Services
Our certified day care teachers turn in lesson plans every Monday covering Literacy, Early Mathematics, Social-Emotional and Physical Development. Kinderland's educational day care center consists of seven different classrooms which enables us to group your child with other children of similar ages and abilities - from infant to preschool to kindergarten and beyond.
Kinderland's administrative team consists of highly educated, well-qualified, and experienced child care staff. Susan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education in 1983 and a Master's degree in Educational Administration in 1990. She worked with elementary and Jr. High students for nearly 20 years, including six years as an elementary school principal, before changing her focus to the important job of educating young children.
It "takes a village to raise a child". Kinderland embraces this concept by staying actively involved in many Shasta County opportunities for children. As an involved child care provider, Kinderland stays connected both with family members who have children in day care and with the surrounding Redding community.
Our students have opportunities to develop socially, emotionally, physically, and cognitively as they participate in our educational day care programs. Kinderland Child Development Center encourages the idea that children benefit from educational experiences offered early in life. We value and respect each family culture, and encourage parents to share traditions with their child's classroom.

My littles are 10 & 4! They've attended Kinderland all their lives! I trust the staff to provide the best care possible of my littles while I'm at work. The staff are really caring and are wonderful with all the children in their care. I wouldn't take them anywhere else... Kinderland is the BEST!!😊

We love how flexible Kinderland is with our schedules! We are able to piece together full and part time days so that we can spend as much time with our little guy as possible. It saves money and also ensures that he can spend time with family members too!
The staff is friendly and supportive. We love Miss Tawnya in the infant room and we feel very confident leaving our little one in her capable hands.

Our two-year-old refuses to leave at the end of the day from Kinderland. What else do I need to say?
The staff is excellent, and gives individual attention to each child's needs. They work with us when our little one doesn't want to nap. The facilities are clean and well-kept, the meals are good. The flexibility of drop-off and pickup is amazing.

I have three boys, ages 1, 3, and 5, that attend Kinderland and they absolutely love it! They each look forward to going to school every day and love their classmates and teachers! The teachers and staff are all so wonderful and all know my children by name. They all greet us each morning with smiles on their faces. My 5-year old has been learning so much and I feel Kinderland has made him socially and intellectually ready for kindergarten – he can write his name and other words, count to 100, and is learning to read among many other wonderful things. The staff works with me and is always adaptable

I absolutely love kinderland! My 5moth old started there a few weeks ago on VERY short notice and i was very nervous about her starting daycare but everyone who works here is so sweet and very attentive. My daughter is always taken care of and seems so happy when i have poped in during the day to check on her. I would definitely recommend kinderland to anyone.

We absolutely love the staff at Kinderland. Our son has been going there since he was an infant. He has grown so much during his time at Kinderland. He looks forward to going there everyday, and even on days when they are closed and we happen to drive by he gets excited to go and we have to tell him that it's the weekend and he will be there on Monday.

When I need to go to work 5 or more days a week, I know I can, trust Kinderland Faculty and Teachers. I have chosen them for three years and running. With a young baby and 2 year old day by day I felt like the teachers were right along side me, as well as the director, as I set forth to get back to work! I was a single parent> They worked with my girls and myself, as I struggled to feel confidence that I was doing the right thing. I truely felt their loving support not only for my future but my daughters futures. I will, forever, be Grateful for the care each day at Kinderland- this is the school

Our 5 year old has gown up with the staff at Kinderland and we are thrilled with the progress she has made as a child. From being able to participate in a classroom and social environment to all of the fun songs and concepts she has been able to learn at Kinderland as she now gets ready to launch into kindergarten. Her younger brother is following in her footsteps and enjoying each milestone with the staff at Kinderland learning to count and play and share. The staff is fantastic, they work hard to communicate and share in your child's development. The office staff is wonderful to work with and

My son has been attending Kinderland since he was a baby. He is now almost 5. I have also enrolled our newest bundle in their infant center.. I have always been very pleased with their facility and staff. The staff has always been very caring and attentive to both mine and my children's needs. My son has learned so much there and is continuing to learn new things every day. I am excited to see my little girl blossom at Kinderland.
