I promise the receptionist needs to be let go before she triggers the wrong person over the phone one day, very unprofessional and disrespectful hung up on me twice,as well as she told me I can only pay the DpD towing fee in person on Friday so I waited till Monday to find out I could have handle that over the phone or At the bottom of their page to the connect link. Please say a prayer for God to give you patience before coming here to get a car out of impound. The lady behind the one way bullet proof glass is so disrespectful and talks to you like your 3yrs old. My 2nd trip in there for the same vehicle, she was really nice to me but the attitude came out again for the next man trying to get his car out. I'm sure they deal with a lot of different attitudes but there is absolutely no reason to be that hateful.

They make paperwork take longer so they can let your car sit and milk your money. Pretty soon my insurance claim will be void and they will just sell my car for pieces. Stealing my money and my property. Even when they have all the legal documentation they need, they will talk over you and make you think otherwise.

I was in a major accident where I suffered bodily injuries and only had use of one hand. I arrived at the towing company with my husband so he could assist with retrieval of personal items, however, Troy’s refused to allow him back with him and the staff was not willing to assist me. Additionally, front staff was confrontational and rude. As a result, I was unable to get all of my personal effects. To add the cherry on top, when the insurance company came to pick up my vehicle the next day, Troy’s would not release the vehicle to them without me being present. They refused for paperwork signing

In my 35 years of life I've dealt with horrendous customer service and I can objectively say this is the worst company I've ever dealt with with the most unprofessional workers ever. We got our car towed and were given the runaround about not having our registration which we were 100 percent sure was in the car. They wouldn't let us search the car for it and brought out a bunch of random documents that didn't include anything useful. We finally got the POLICE involved which I would highly recommend for anyone having issues with these crooks. We got our car back after the police

Took my niece there today to get her purse out of car after it was towed there from an accident they wouldn't let her have her I.D, her wallet, or purse saying they needed the regerstration. She explained that it was in the car as well and they told she couldn't have it. Mind u it wasn't towed by police. Parked as a guest in friends apartment building. Seen the jeep getting towed out and called immediately. The lady that answered the phone was super rude and said it would be $340. They had my jeep for 45 minutes. Went to the yard to pick up my vehicle and the lady was even more rude in person and said it was $350 to get our jeep. We had the insurance proof digitally which is legal in Michigan but she wanted our keys to also get the registration. She would not let us see our vehicle or get our documents out of it until we paid $350. Our jeep was damaged from the 45 minutes they had it. Do not use

Illegally towed our car in front of this sign (Pic attached). 5/3 bank clearly has a sign which states that towing will be conducted by Circus Towing (which has been out of business since 2017). Never use them. They picked my car up after an accident because the wheel alignment was off l. They took it to storage since the collision shop was closed and told me it was going to be delivered the next day. Next day they claimed the car was impounded and needed to be release by police. After i caught them in a lie they then claimed they couldnt find it. After three days finally released my car to the collision shop. The collision shop told me that this is a scam to get more money out of your insurance. This is a common scamthat they have seen out of tow companies. Dont let them take your car

The worst experience I could have had. The driver of the tow truck was the only exception as he was very nice, friendly, and made me feel in good hands after I was in an accident. When I was dropped off at the tow yard, I waited for almost 20 minutes in the lobby for someone to attend to me, and it wasn't until I looked outside and closed the door behind me that someone heard me.
