He has a state of the art facility and is a true professional when it comes to his patients. He is also very personable and really makes you comfortable. Great eye doctor, and extremely good customer service! His employees are always so friendly and helpful. We moved away from Cypress about 45 minutes out and we will continue coming to Cypress for our exams and anything for our eyes. So impressed with this eye doctor! My family and I have been going to Dr. Douglas since he opened his practice. We have been extremely pleased with time he spends with us, explaining procedures or answers questions we have.
