Amazing customer service! Called on 3/23 to make a first time patient appointment and was able to get scheduled the next day at 8am due to a cancellation. Everyone was very friendly and I was seen as soon as my paperwork was filled. Purchased glasses and even got offered to pick them up later the same day! I had never experienced that with any other optometrist. The whole process took about an hour (appointment and the purchase of glasses) and I returned at 11 to pick up my pair!

The Doctors and staff at Klein Eyecare are always friendly and professional. Everything from checking in and exams to picking out frames is a pleasant experience. Went in for an adjustment to glasses purchased there. Signed in at 11:00am. There were 6-7 workers standing around at the reception desk at that time. Waited and watched as 2-3 of the ladies looked at the sign in sheet and did not act on it. I assumed there was just one who was assigned to adjustments. Then, after 25 minutes, one of the 6-7 that were standing there when I walked in looked at the sign in sheet and called my name when I was about to leave because I had to be at another appointment by noon. She took my glasses to change out the pads and tighten up the rest. When she brought them

What a terrible place!!! I called Saturday June 2nd to get an urgent check up for my mom because she started feeling weird one of hers eyes and she wasn't seeing well. This was a second place I called to get my mom's checked. A lady who took my call said the couldn't take her until Monday. Thank God I took my mom to Vision Pro and they took excellent care of my mom. It turned out that my mom had rupture of the retina and was bleeding.
Klein Eyecare didn't care about at least checking my mom's eye. You should not operate if you don't care about people's well.

This place rocks. I have a very painful infection that was misdiagnosed and I couldn't get in with any ophthalmologists anywhere and was very frustrated. They took me the same day and got me on the right medication. Dr. Abernathy called Dr. Scott in to look at my eye just to make sure he agreed with his diagnosis. Patient, knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and answer all of my questions. They even took a picture of my eye through the microscope with one of their phones and then looked it up on google to show me how it matched up. Awesome! Go here if you're having any eye

I went to Klein Eye care to confirm why my eyeglasses I bought elsewhere did not not seem to work as they should. Of course I needed to go through the various tests to be sure nothing had changed in the months since my last exam and to compare. They discovered my astigmatism was on the wrong axis for the glasses I had. All the staff I met with were professional and pleasant to deal with. I will return.

The prescription I received a few months ago exaggerates the difference in focus further instead of correcting it. I've never had a 180 ever in the last 25 years and instead of double checking when I questioned it, I just got a, "you know nothing, I know everything" bs reassurance that I, in fact, knew nothing. Headaches and eye strain have increased dramatically and the office will not schedule anything to correct the issue within the next six months. Not helpful.
All smiles when you are in there but as soon as an issue arises, get ready to be completely dismissed.
