Jay and Dionne have been wonderful to work with. I am an absentee owner and Jay has communicated with me every step of the way. Jay had a family interested in renting my home before I even closed on the property. The process was smooth and the family renting my home have been as advertised. Jay did his homework and has a nice family renting my home.

Jay Stokley does BAD business. I would leave negative stars if I could. I applied for a home before it even hit the Market for we knew the current tenants. I make well over 3x the rental rate and have a crystal clean background and my rental verification is perfect. We paid $180 in application fees on 3/09/21 and haven’t heard back until 4/12/21 after leaving multiple voicemails asking for updates, we simply just wanted our money back. The owner, Jay Stokley, left a voicemail on my phone stating “the owner selected another application”(that came in after ours) and proceeds to call my girlfriend

My properties have been under Stokley Property Management for seven years. Jay Stokley and his team are professional and provide the best communication. I have used two other management groups, and their accounting, response time and follow up was horrible. My monthly accounting is accurate, and all late tenants are followed up on without any questions from me. I would highly recommend Stokley Property Management for your Property Management needs. I live 500 miles away from my properties and at no time do I ever worry about what is taking place.
