Services
Because of the shorter lifespan of our pets, we stress the importance of an annual physical examination. Thorough check-ups and preventive care can help alleviate serious health problems. Diagnostic and Therapeutic Services: Our hospital is equipped to provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to care for your pets' complete health care needs.
Theresa is our Office Manager. If you have a problem of any kind with our services or your account Theresa wants to hear about it and help you! She has been with Farmington Veterinary Hospital since its opening in 1989. She has a fondness for Dachshunds and has had several of them in her family over the years.
Many people have questions about various aspects of their pet's surgery, and we hope this information will help. It also explains the decisions you will need to make before your pet's upcoming surgery. We will call you the night before your scheduled surgery appointment, to confirm the time you will be dropping your pet off and to answer any questions you might have.
Some animals may act up when visiting our office because of pain or anxeity. All of our staff members are well-trained in how to handle these situations and will do their best to make the office visit as plesant as possible for your pet and you. We do not want bad behavior to be a reason for not treating an animal in need.

Cannot recommend Farmington Hospital enough. We have been calling for months waiting for them to be accepting new patients since we moved to Farmington about a year ago and our previous vet was a 35 minute drive. When they started accepting new patients, I called for a wellness exam, which they were scheduling 1 month out. I mentioned the situation we have been dealing with with our cat, and a recurring UTI. They were going to get us in that upcoming Tuesday, and I called on a Thursday! We decided to wait an additional week since she was on a 2 week antibiotic. We took her in, and Dr. Millspaugh
