Tammy and Mike were completely professional throughout the entire selling process. They returned calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion and always did what they said they would do. The video they made to show the house was amazing! They got us the offer we were looking for and treated everyone with kindness and respect.

Working with Tammy has been such a joy! Whenever something would even begin to crop up that felt hard, she was there to reassure and make things better - all within a text or call away. She was willing to help us out at every turn of building our home and helping my mom sell her home (which we had been staying in). We chose Tammy @ Premier Real Estate to be our Agent, both for selling our house, and buying our new one. She did a fantastic job! There werent really any comps in our area when we listed, so she had to do some research to find what the market rates would be for our home. She helped us along the process, and once the home was listed, she did a great job with coordinating offers, etc with the other agents.

I rented a home from Utah premier real estate for a year while relocating back to Tooele. The home was in very poor condition and was supposed to be renovated before we moved in. Once I obtained keys at the start of my lease I found that not very many of the repairs have been made, luckily we were not ready to move into the home for almost 30 days and the manager was able to fix a few of the items but not all of them. When it came time to turn in the keys at the end of the lease the home was in much better condition than when I rented it. I was charged an absorbent amount of money($30 for one screw
