Luke Zander has been my realtor for 7 months, helping me to navigate a highly volatile market during my own volatile personal struggle. He often dropped everything to help me see properties and was always flexible enough to accomodate my schedule. Zander is a great player in our Daybreak community. They help locals sell their homes and help others buy into our community. Perhaps one reason they do this so well is they live here themselves.
Today they hosted a group of local artists as they displayed and sold their art for the Christmas season. Local is stronger together.

Jessica is amazing, she did an excellent work on helping us buy the house. She puts time and effort on checking with us all the properties that we were interested in and once we find the house that we had desired we put an offer then got accepted, bought the house on time. We have so much appreciation for all that Zander has done for us! Extremely talented and professional company who shows obvious personal care for their clients, including traveling much farther than what might normally be expected. Zander helped us obtain and negotiate 12 offers on our home 2 days after it was listed! Our agent, Kristie, worked for the things that mattered to us with great skill and confidence. As always, the Zander team pulled this one off well. I wouldn't sell a home with anybody else. When houses in our neighborhood started selling, we decided it was time to pull up stake and get out of Dodge. Tamara was my first call. She has always been great at keeping us grounded in reality so we didn't start having pipe dreams of getting six figures over listing. She doesn't do games like that. We are dealing with people who are right now and it is incredibly frustrating to put in offers on houses that were listed way below value just to get people looking at it and falling in love with something
