Kleve Real Estate, Inc. was founded in 2003 by Tom Kleve. Tom has been working in the real estate industry for over 25 years and has both managed and developed numerous projects. Tom holds a Minnesota Real Estate Brokers License, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) and is a Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP).
In addition, Tom has a Master of Science Degree in Urban Planning with an emphasis in Real Estate and Economic Development from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1993) and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities (1990).
