We personalize care to each patient as each patient is unique. We practice hands-on care for each visit prior to monitored and precise exercises. Many Physical Therapy clinics can be overly aggressive with manual techniques and exercise causing tissue trauma and increased inflammation. We do not believe in "No Pain No Gain" so we always attempt to reach our range of motion and strength goals without an overall increase in pain.
Our goal for the patient is to return them to their desired physical lifestyle with a focus on overall wellness.

Niki has been a Physical Therapist since 1995, receiving her degree from University of Texas Health Sciences Center in San Antonio. She returned to get her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2014. Prior to opening Koop Physical Therapy, she was privileged to work in many different environments and under excellent, well trained PT's.
I was in a very bad boating accident and needed daily Physical Therapy, with Niki, for about six months. She is a fantastic Physical Therapist! Niki uses multiple methods to aid in the healing process including tissue massage and physical exercise, with machines or weights. She also helped me deal with the emotional issues of getting through the accident and fears throughout the healing process.
Evaluations are scheduled at least 24 hours in advance for proper benefit verification. All appointment cancellations require a 24 hour notification or a $25 charge will apply. If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you may be asked to reschedule so that other patients' treatments are not interrupted.
We understand that your co-pays, deductibles, and other health care costs can be a burden. Recovering from your injury while balancing work and family obligations is a difficult process. We offer convenient payment plans that allow you to receive the medical care you need. We also accept Mastercard, Visa and check or debit cards.
