Was recommended because of some herniated/bulging disks. For 5 months I was in bad back pain restricting my everyday life, within a few weeks they fixed me up and I feel amazing. Extreme 1 on 1 therapy so the recovery is focused on 100%. A truly great experience, from a very friendly and professional team!
Scott and his staff are awesome, well educated and extremely friendly. They helped me post surgery from a torn pictorials major with exceptional physical therapy treatment. I would highly recommend them. Thank you for everything. We use our shoulders for almost every movement we make, so if they bother us, it's a big deal!
After dealing with chronic knee and toe pain for several years, I found Scott Carlson DPT and North Austin PT because they incorporate NeuFit technology with their treatments. I was referred to Scott at North Austin Physical Therapy through a mutual friend and am so happy that it worked out. I was having a lot of shoulder pain when I started playing Recreational Softball and Scott figured out where the issue stemmed from. He is very patient and takes his time going through each exercise to make sure I understood. He also took all of my concerns into consideration. I am very thankful for him and his amazing staff!

Once I walked into this place, I knew it was exactly the PT practice I was looking for. I was dealing with pain for months and was really desperate for relief. I spoke with Scott prior to coming in and after our first session with him and Jeff, I knew it was a great fit! Peg at the front desk is always super pleasant to work with. They are invested in your health, provided great resources for at home exercises, super kind and fun people, and even send you off with the ability to call or email with any questions after you’ve graduated. Highly recommend and will gladly return if I ever need to

Scott at North Austin Physical Therapy was awesome to work with. He took the time to listen to me as to what I was dealing with - he was extremely thorough in his follow up questions and then put together a great program in which I received very good results.
Also the front office staff was friendly - efficient and worked hard to meet my needs in scheduling.

More than your average therapist, North Austin PT team are truly experts who live in empathy for your situation. They work to listen, understand and effectively diagnose your issue(s) and share in the ownership to get you back to 100%. The front desk staff and team is on top of logistics, they are flexible to your needs and leave you way better than you first met them. They facilities are kept top notch and clean.
You should not hesitate and go see them for nearly any hitch in your giddy-up. Trust me you will not get back in a few days, you will be limiting yourself. They will work with your MD

A great big AWESOME AWESOME AWESOME! Range of motion was limited. No golf or throwing ball. Dr. Scott and assistants were fantastic! Pain lessened, can now throw a ball, swing golf club and do household activities such as reaching and lifting. Highly recommend Scott and North Austin Physical Therapy!!

Ok so I do not normally give reviews but I would be remiss not to do so in the case of this facility! The staff was AMAZING so helpful kind and caring. The atmosphere was welcoming (and if you are an animal lover there is a very handsome therapy pup who visits from time to time). Any help you may been with insurance or coming by on at the last minute they are on it to help in any way they can. I can not rave enough about Scott and all the folks there!!!
