I would recommend Kris to anyone looking to buy in the Tampa area. As a buyer from out of state, I didn't know any real estate agents in the Tampa Bay area, so I contacted Kris based on Yelp reviews. Kris was great to work with. He did an impressive job marketing and finding a tenant for our Townhome. I originally put my listing on Zillow without the help of an agent thinking I could save on the agent fees. After a month of doing showings myself and receiving interest but no takers, I knew I needed the help of a professional. We met Kris a little over a year ago now as we begin our cross country move from San Diego to Tampa. Not knowing much of anything about the area, Kris became an invaluable go-to for us as transplants.
