My MIL ordered flowers for my birthday, she paid 60+ dollars for an arrangement that online was pictured with a yule log, roses, candles. When I sent her a picture of the arrangement she was broken hearted... What I received looked nothing like what she ordered and paid for. This in fact is one of the smallest arrangements I have ever seen. There is one candle, 2 roses and a few small carnations, no yule log. Honestly, $60+ dollars for this arrangement is outrageous. And my MIL said the arrangement from last year, from the same place was very disappointing as well. I dont see how to post a picture

Ordered bouquet did not look like picture at all. Flowers looked like someone went to local grocery store and picked up a handful of half dead flowers and shoved them in vase. Also overwhelming smell of smoke. Can not get hold of florist even though they have a “guarantee of great service”. Smell was so bad I threw them in the trash. $100.00 plus down the drain. Don’t use this place there are a lot better florists around.

I ordered this bouquet from Avas an online flower company as a hostess gift. The Ft. Myers Flower House fullfilled the order. Upon arrival I was embarrased and disappointed in the bouquet as it did not match my expectations from the photo I ordered from. I called Ft Myers Flower House and explained that I got half the bouquet I expected to see. The representative on the phone said they are authorized to substitute flowers. I said I understood that but the quantity of flowers was not the same. The photo shows at least four roses you sent two. The issue is the size of the bouquet is not as shown

I ordered online flower delivery for my grandmother's first wedding anniversary after my grandfather's passing. I live all the way in Idaho so I couldn't deliver myself. The online ordering seemed easy and I didn't have any reason to doubt that the flowers would be delivered. Later that afternoon I find out that the flowers never arrived. I called the shop repeatedly that evening as well as all morning the following day. I called all three locations, left voice messages and sent emails.
