My dear mom ordered me balloon bouquet for my birthday as she lives out of state. They arrived 9am on my birthday. The guy who delivered them handed them to me and said “most people get flowers. You got balloons” as of it was lower class? They charged 50$ for something I could have gotten from the dollar store but the price isn’t the point. My mom was excited that she ordered them for me and surprised me with them. I understand the price is probably due to the delivery. On top of that, the next morning they were deflated. Do not recommend quality or the customer service

Ordered flowers a week in advance to be delivered for a retirement party before 12pm. No flowers came. I called no answer and voice mail box was full. I called next day and they Said they were closed due to tropical storm Elsa. Which that storm didn’t come until 8pm that evening and the worst of it was after midnight. I got no curiosity call or email saying that my order wouldn’t be delivered. When I asked why I didn’t receive a call or email I got “ sorry unfortunately we couldn’t.” What? You couldn’t? Why? So your telling me you have plenty of notice and notice with a tropical storm

I've been using this company for a few years. Mother's day especially, when no one else has availability, they always deliver. They provide way more for the same price compared the national companies and I've always been satisfied with their arraignments. I live in Mass and send things to my mother in cape coral with no hassle at all. I'd definitely recommend this company.

Similar to other posts- this is the worst flower delivery experience I have ever had. I ordered flowers through an online site 5 days before they needed to be delivered for a special birthday. I kept checking all day on the delivery and it never arrived. The next morning I get an email from the ordering company that this florist contacted them at 6:30pm (after they were closed) to say they were unable to deliver the flowers and they would be delivered TWO days later (next business day). They had my contact information and made no attempts to reach me the entire day of expected delivery. Lack of

I received a beautiful arrangement from this place on January 18th and expected them to last for maybe a week, considering that some were roses. I was stunned to see them still blooming, some opening TEN days later! Not even one dark or dead petal. I swapped the still blooming flowers into another vase after 14 days. I've never seen anything like this, bionic flowers or something! I would give them more stars if that were possible.

This was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever had with buying flowers for my wife for our anniversary. I ordered flowers through an online site 5 days before they needed to be delivered. I filled out all of the necessary information, even the hours of operation at her office. I was assured they would be delivered on the date I specified and by… 4pm. When 3pm rolled around I began to worry that maybe they wouldn’t make it, I contacted the customer service number and was assured again they would be delivered by 6pm. I waited and waited. At 6pm the flowers were marked as delivered

The 2 flora designers, Mel and Mel, at Cape Coral Flower House are AMAZING! The artistic pieces they turn out each day will leave you wondering how in the world they do it. It’s talent, plain and simple. I’ve seen cakes, puppies and cats all made from flowers. I think these ladies would win every award for creating a Rose Parade float. Love this store.💕🌹💐🥀🌷🌷🌺🌸🌼🌻

I purchased an upgraded bouquet for my mom from here, directly from their website. My mom did not receive nearly the amount of flowers I paid for. The bouquet with delivery and tax was $81.99. The bouquet was… nice but it did not have anywhere near the amount of flowers I paid for. I would hate to see what the basic bouquet looks likes. The first photo is what I ordered. The second is what my mom received. 😞 Apparently this flower shop is not reputable.
