Very nice center of town but they're only open during the tour season but it's a cool hotel

Incredibly average. The hotel seemed a bit outdated but with some fresh paint. Needs a little investment to be considered a nice play to stay. The Spring Hill suites next door ended up being much nicer. Someone entered the building while I was waiting for transportation and asked if they had an hourly rate (thankfully they didn’t). Location is decent but being from out of town, I didn’t realize that downtown isn’t really the place to be.

It was a nice hotel. It's not a five stars, but nice enough for the days I spent there. Staff is quite friendly, the rooms are nice and bed was comfortable. I cannot recommend you enough to kindly ask the front desk to give you a wake-up call for the Northern lights. The hotel is walking distance from mostly everything in downtown. Thank you for making my stay even more enjoyable

I actually really liked the hotel. Small, but quaint, had everything I needed, staff was nice. The only issue, which is huge, the first room I stayed in had bed bugs. I was bit all over and when I told the staff, all they did was move me a few doors down on the same floor. This room seemed fine, but the damage was done and I was a bit traumatized, so I just couldn't relax during my entire stay. Make sure to always check for any blood stains on the bed, check underneath the bed, etc.

The description online up sells this hotel hard-core. That being said the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the shower hot (with plush towels). So overall not a bad option if you're just passing through Fairbanks.

I would like to give it a better rating but they no longer offer a continental breakfast. There is a small selection of items for purchase but that's it. The room I stayed in was clean and smelled nice. The bathroom was very clean as well even under the back of the seat. The tub could've been a bit longer but it was comfortable to take a soak in. The water pressure for the shower was just fine. That sums up my impression of the Bridgewater Hotel.

The two or 3 times we've stayed there for a cpl of nights the staff has been courteous and accommodating and left us alone unless we asked for some help or whatever. The only complaint I have is their parking lot is small and usually full 50% of the time when we have gotten there to check in or depending on time of day and at times the day in which we are there for the night. We also notice that some of the patrons park taking up enough space in the parking lot so that no one can park properly next to them for others that are staying there too.

Had a very pleasant stay here recently. Every staff member I interacted with, from the front desk to the shuttle driver to housekeeing were friendly and welcoming. The room, while somewhat small was fine. TV had plenty of channels, bed was VERY comfortable, shower, while small, had good heat and water pressure. The air conditioner was the only negative, it's a window unit that struggled to pump cold air but it was cold enough. The blackout curtains were fine. Shuttle driver both from the airport on arrival and to the airport on departure was very friendly and efficient. The location of the Bridgewater
