Services
Perhaps one of the longest-lasting benefits of a healthy smile during childhood is the foundation for a healthy self-image. A healthy and attractive smile brings higher self-esteem, increased confidence, and better first impressions on others. Remember what it was like making friends as a child and teenager?
The parent or legal guardian of the patient MUST accompany the patient to the initial appointment to complete the patient information paperwork and consent for treatment. Please arrive for your child's appointment at least 15 minutes early so that all paper work can be completed before your child is seen.

I've been taking my children to Dr. Mc for the past 5 years. She and her staff have always delivered exceptional service. I once called around 9 pm to leave a voicemail, and to my surprise, SHE answered!! About 4 years ago my daughter chipped her tooth at a water park, and she came in- on a Saturday after hours- to fix my daughter's tooth. I hear her interact with other patients and she's always so nice to everyone, including her staff. She also sends colorful cards throughout the year for birthdays, appointment reminders, and warm greetings... she's very thoughtful. If you're looking for a pediatric

The staff was very nice but the dentist herself was very rude to my then 1 year old. She had no patience for him because he was fighting back when she would look in his mouth and came off very rude to him and she got irritated quickly. He’s 1, he’s gonna fight just like any 1 year old!! Never been back since then. Stay away from this place if you don’t want your kids feeling uncomfortable 🙄

The dentist is rude and has a bit of arrogance. The staff is friendly and the experience overall was 'okay'. The real issue is when I decided to go to another dentist and Dr. Lisa McGriff-Metz found out she became really rude. She should try some customer service skills so that she doesn't lose patients. It was difficult to speak with her, she is that type of person that needs to have the last word - not professional.
I don't typically post reviews, but I do rely on them when I'm looking for providers or new businesses so I want to make sure no one goes through my experience

STAY AWAY FROM THIS "DENTIST". This is also involving my 3 year old daughter. When the Dentist tells you that your child will have to be sedated or they will not work on them. Then has the nerve to say there is no other Dentist will work on her. Even went to the point of trying to embarrass my wife for not agreeing to sedation on a 3 year old. Which there are good reasons that we want to stay away from sedation. I am a Paramedic. I have run at min. 3 calls on small children that have been over-sedated or that went into full respiratory arrest and cardiac arrest. So please forgive me when I do not

If I could give no stars, I would. I only took my daughter once and will never take her back. It’s funny how when you’re a new patient they are nice but the moment they’re aware you’re leaving they are extremely rude. I’m not even talking about the staff- the staff is really nice. The dentist is extremely rude. She’s the type of person that has to have the last word.
I normally don’t leave reviews but I would not want anyone else to experience this, so I will be letting EVERYONE know.
By the way, shout out to Sienna Pediatric Dentistry, they are AWESOME!! (No I don’t work for

It's a shame, I really wanted to try this office. They are pretty strict on the hours your can schedule an appointment if your child is under 5 yrs old. They will only see you before lunch, which poses a problem for us scheduling wise. There is the option for Saturday, but they're booked every Saturday for 4 months straight from now (September) until the end of the year. I would have even taken a waiting list option for a Saturday. I really wish they would be a bit more flexible with scheduling.

Horrible Experience with my 4 years old son. First, this office is not flexible for appointment and the doctor is very moody. Here are few points to support our review statement:
• As a parent, we put our trust in this dentistry and shockingly we found out that a minor decay should’ve been treated right away. As stated in their company website, prevention is fundamental practice because it enables to catch problems while they are small. Why this practice was not followed or at least recommended to us?
• I expect more professionalism and experience with kids going to a pediatric dentistry

Dr. McGriff-Metz is incredible! So knowledgeable, patient & warm! My 10-year-old daughter has been seeing her for 5 years and has NEVER had a bad experience;she actually enjoys her dental visits! The entire staff is great, from the receptionist to the hygienist to billing. Everyone is personable, friendly & efficient. The office itself is beautiful, soothing & of course kid-friendly. (I've had to almost drag her away from the game station when it was time to leave, lol!) Dr. "Mc" is a wonderful dentist-- you can't go wrong here!

Wanted my social security number to schedule an appointment for my son even though they were given all my insurance ID numbers, told me I would have to pay out of pocket if I didn't give it. (Note to dentist: There is a reason that we have identification numbers given to us by our insurance - it is to reduce the risk of identity theft and such things, and you do NOT need our social to file with the insurance company).

Dr. McGriff is the best dentist! My first encounter is when I called to make an appointment for a cleaning for my son. To my surprise, I made my appointment directly with her. My son loves her and her facility. There are three wiis for the kids to play and a tv screen above every chair for the kids to watch while getting their teeth cleaned. Not only is her office and staff great, she takes the time to go out of her way to make sure the child and parents are happy. My son needed a tooth pulled to aid the alignment of his teeth for his braces, and she did everything possible to make sure the treatment

The dentist and the staff here are AWESOME! Everyone is pleasant and work really hard to make sure the children and the parents are comfortable. Dr. Mc has a wonderful personality for getting children to relax and allow her to do what she does best...take care of children and their teeth! My child has been going here for two years and it has always been a pleasant experience. The staff works very hard to stay on schedule. We have never waited for our scheduled appt. my child has only been to get teeth cleaned but it is exactly thirty minutes from start to finish. Love this place!

I was so excited about this dentist office. It was highly favored by my friends and family. So, when my child needed some TLC for a problem with a tooth, I naturally chose this office. Unsure if they accepted my insurance at the office, I called to determine eligibility. The friendly staff took my information, scheduled an appointment for my child and told me they would contact me if there were any issues with my insurance. The first availability for an appointment was 3 weeks later. A little later than I wanted, but since my child was not in pain, I felt this was an acceptable time to wait.

My son goes to this dentist office and I absolutely adore it. The front office staff is very friendly and they make you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. This office has video games (xbox, playstations, etc) for the kids or parents to play while you wait, along with toys.
This was my sons first time going to the dentist and I was afraid he was going to cut the fool. He was very comfortable. They had a TV in the ceiling for him to watch while the dentist cleaned his teeth. I liked the way she interacted with my son.
This office is very kid friendly, clean and one of the best dentist
