There aren’t enough words to express our gratitude to Angie. Buying a house in this market is beyond frustrating but she fought as though she was buying her own forever home. Angie helped my husband and I sell our home this fall (2020), selling it in two days. It was admittedly during a hot market, but she did a fabulous job pricing it very fairly and guiding us in getting it ready to list. She was very detail-oriented, extremely honest and very knowledgeable. While we sold our home quickly, it wasn’t without some significant challenges; she kept her calm, professional demeanor the entire time and dealt effectively with each challenge as they arose. If we still lived in North Carolina, we’d use her again in a heartbeat. We can’t recommend her strongly enough.

The entire team at Genesis Realty Co. is amazing. John and Angie are extremely helpful realtors. Angie will not let you get a bad deal in a house, she well fight for you like it's her own house. John will immediately welcome you like you are old friends. Ann has a complete knowledge the Kannapolis market and willpoint you in the direction of the best neighborhoods.
