Most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. I have been paying my rent regularly every month and all of a sudden I get a voicemail stating “before this gets out of hand, you owe us $130 in late fees” ??? If I had KNOWN I was late I would have paid any fee right away...but you’re just gonna let it rack up to 130 and that’s not even “out of hand” yet?? When I asked why didn’t anyone contact me the FIRST time they’re only respond was “we technically don’t even have to tell you”...these people are insanely predatory and have no professionalism and show no care

I have been living in the same apartment for nearly a decade now and have had no complaints about my land lord. If I need something repaired it is fixed quickly. Sometimes the same day that I called in the repair request. They are understanding and compassionate and I recommend them to others often. I have known the landlord for sometime now and she has never been anything but respectful and professional in all of our conversations. My neighbors have come and gone and they have all been pleasant as well. With them only leaving to move into houses with yards for their pets, not because of management

BUGS!! The weather stripping on the doors is terrible. You can literally watch bugs walk in under your door. Camel crickets, ROACHES, grandaddy long legs, pincher bugs, spiders (poisonous too) also MICE in the winter. You name it they've got it. The owner is an absolutely RUDE B**** in those words exactly. These apartments are old. EVERYTHING is broken EVERYTHING. Toilets, shower and power. She sends her "handymen" to come do the work and literally has them RIG it everytime never fails. The "fixed" our power. The next day it went back out we called. Still has not been fixed. For months now we've
