We booked 2 weeks in advance for a trip from airport to Galveston for our cruise we were told to call in advance to be picked up
We contacted then from the boat ( cost more to call from the boat). Was told by Sam who is a dispatcher. "Ok"
I then find out the next morning that they had no cars available and Sam knew that at the time. He could have told me and I would of made other plans
However he did not and now I am with my elderly parents at the port with no transportation back to airport.
Do not use these people. As the customer does not come first.
Sam hoped there would be a cancellation
