Great experience! Simple to receive a quote and to reserve, followed by timely service with a nice bus. Driver easily accommodated various stops for my wedding party which made my wedding experience that much greater. Definitely recommend especially for larger groups (mine was 28).

I was panic calling party buses around Houston as my boyfriend forgot to confirm one for our party (the week of!) EVERYWHERE I called went to straight to voicemail except for the PBL. Kyle answered and honestly was one of the most pleasant interactions I have had with confirming a service. Not only was he informative and awesome, but in my opinion the pricing for the bus was very affordable and realistic compared to some other quotes I received via email.
The entire process was a breeze thanks to Kyle, and the day of the event exceeded every expectation I had. Our driver was amazing and patient

We used Party Bus Lounge for my daughter’s 7th Birthday. It was a huge hit that the kids will never forget! My kids are homeschooled and always beg to ride a bus, so we took that wish and made a party out of it. This was the most amazing of our Houston options, and I felt like the prices were equivalent to a party at Chuckee Cheese. We went all out with the 40-seater. Our driver was amazing and took great care of us. The parents kept commenting on what an original birthday party idea this was. I loved that the bus itself did all the entertaining for me, the party began the second the kids stepped

If I could give a zero star I would. My God-daughter Had her 16 birthday on this bus as a trip to Dinner, and we were threatened to be put off because we went over 30 minutes. Either pay $350 for 30 minutes or get off. They didn't want to accept the credit card that they had on file for the payment so we had to pay cash money in order to continue to get home. they even made the driver pull over to the gas station to let us use the ATM. Unbelievable

Our driver text me ahead of time, he was 10 minutes early and gave me a call when he was outside. He even waited for my friends. Everything is done online as far as booking, and they send you a contract. The party bus was clean, he had a big bag of ice, he had wine glasses and even had Capri suns lol. If I’m ever in the Houston area again and need a party bus service I would definitely book with them again.

They were so great and our driver Rick was nice best service and our first time renting a party bus I Will do it again for other events. And they were happy to change the time of the pick up multiple times the day before the event. The bus was clean and the driver was nice enough to give us a heads up when we were in between stops and where he was going to be to pick us up. The driver was so nice and patient with us. For my future sister's quinceañeras I will go to them also way more cheaper that the other companies.

We had a bus scheduled for 5pm, we revived a call at 4:35 letting us know they were running about 30 minutes late. The bus finally showed at 5:40. When it showed up it was filthy, the inside was a mess, had trash from the last party, exterior had not been washed in who knows how long. The engine had a belt squeak, and smelled of burning rubber. The driver stopped at a truck stop about 30 minutes into the ride to add water to the tank for the restroom, the bathroom was beyond disgusting as well. Mike, who referred to himself as "part owner," was completely unprofessional and seems to not understand what good customer service looks like. He told me it's the year 2020 and I should have requested a quote online just like the other thousands of people and to not be so old school by calling for a quote. Um, considering I live in San Diego and I'm booking a trip for 15 people to you're city, clarity was my goal which clearly you lack. Referring back to the "thousands of quotes they give out each day

If I could leave zero stars I would. It is 2pm and they were scheduled to pick us up at 12pm for our company Christmas party. I would never book with this company. When we called them they said our bus driver had a medical emergency and could not pick us up. They never bothered to call us to warn us and we have 30 employees waiting. Now some of our staff cannot go because they have child care. This is disgusting and this company ruined our Christmas party. We run a restaurant and closed or business today for this event. This business is appalling, go with someone else.

Worst service of all time. We were left stranded in League City - an entire group of 45 people - because these people were incapable of giving us an alternative solution to a problem that was caused by their own incompetence. Worst of all, they were incredibly uncooperative and refused to work with us to find a solution.
