When I initially moved in I saw myself living here for many years to come. It was clean, the area was relatively quiet, the management took care of issues quickly. Then less than a year later The Apartment Company swooped in, bought the place, and everything immediately went downhill. New management wasn't doing anything to combat bugs so ants and cockroaches suddenly became a thing. Ironic how both of those were also an issue at my last place also managed by The Apartment Company. Should be noted my apartment was spotless, there was no garbage or mess to attract either of these pests. The complex
