Their dispatcher Mike answered my call promptly and was very kind and professional. He dispatched the tow driver Jake quickly to the location as it was stranded on a busy street. Jake arrived in less than the expected time and provided the best customer service. He was very nice and carefully loaded the car on the tow truck. Called Towing Near Me and explained to them my situation. Gentleman on the other end said he’d have a tow truck out in 30 mins to my address. These people are the Pro’s! They are courteous, and give you the exact time they’re going to show up. Very experienced and getting my Jeep up on the flatbed was done in a matter of minutes. Super fast! The price was okay, the service was horrible. I have had other towing companies charge less to transport a vehicle all the way across El Paso then this company did. The Driver was unable to back into a spot that several other Tow truck drivers and a few semi truck drivers have been able to easily make. The driver was worried about scratching the truck and getting charged rather than doing the job correctly. He also wanted to leave the job finished halfway because he already had another job he had to do.

After calling 13 different companies at lunchtime on a Friday, checkered flag was the first to tell me a driver was on their way without a second phone call. Our driver was speedy, professional and kind. He not only go our car on the truck in a timely manner he also took us to a tire place to be taken care of- being from out of town and not knowing any places it was nice to have the reccomendatuon as well as someone kind to get us there safely. Very thankful for the service we received, thank you checkers flag towing!
