Called ahead of time to see if this place buys silver and gold, diamonds etc. Indeed they did the man on the phone was nice. When I walked in they all gave me a dirty look. Basically wondering why I was in there. I said I was looking to sell and the man at the front instantly looked inconvenienced and displeased. He asked "what you got" I pulled out some very nice gold earrings very heavy. He expected those and some other stuff, told me their worth and would not even give me an offer. Kept questioning me on how much I payed for the items, even if I did know I'm trying to sell to

Where to start... Loved the owners. Very polite, great personalities, down to earth, and very knowledgeable. Dallas and his wife were super informative and made me feel secure about the transaction. After I finished completing a Preparation Party (Will & Last Testaments) I decided to stop in just to browse since my birthday & Valentines Day was fast approaching. Dallas and Dallas Jr. helped me out so much from start to finish. If you are not looking to buy anything when coming here they get upset if you want to look around and not buy anything they are over charging and very rude don't waste you're time coming here if you are not buying in the spot will not come here again and will never think about doing business with them all of they're jewelry are not even displayed they have to go in the back and get it such a waste of a 20 min drive because they didn't have what I wanted and they was upset about it one star is too much for them

Whoever answered the phone today was extremely rude and unhelpful. Spoke to me very condescending. Tried to make me feel like an idiot instead of assisting me. I do not like people in CUSTOMER SERVICE who act like serving a customer is wasting their time. Even though they are less then a mile from me I will drive further to feel like my business is worth someone's time!

I’ve been in this store twice more then 6 months apart from each visit and I will say that the owner and salesman recognized me which is impressive due to wearing a mask on the second visit. I had a budget in mind for a small studs, the salesman collaborated with the owner and they produced a gorgeous pair of loose diamonds they were willing to let go in my budget, they even had to mounted a martini setting to match my larger pair of studs! Very happy with purchase and will be visiting again

Update to my previous review: Finally sold the ring. It was indeed NOT 10k gold, was 14k as I told them I knew it was.
So, I can see two reasons why I was told it was 10k. One, the person doing the evaluating was not knowledgeable or two, the person was being deceptive. Well, I guess there could be a 'person was having a rotten day and just made a mistake' option but that really doesn't make me feel any better about the whole thing.
