I called in and was able to get a delivery of flowers to my fiancé's work as we are leading up to our wedding. The customer service was so helpful and excellent and the woman I talked to (forgive me, I forget her name) was able to offer suggestions and collaborate with me on the perfect order and they were delivered the next day in a timely fashion. She was a true expert. Such a pleasant experience and brought a lot of joy to me and my fiancé. Thank you again!

We called O'Donnell florist to make the flower arrangements for my father's funeral. The customer service rep was so very helpful and compassionate. We had a color combination in mind that would represent his high school years and his service in the Marine Corp. The arrangements were beyond what we had pictured and were a beautiful tribute to these important times in his life.

First time user. I wanted to send a friend "pick me up" flowers but i didnt know exactly what to send. I called this flower shop and the young lady that answered the phone was so very helpful!!!! I explained to her the situation and she took care of the rest. My friend called me to say how beautiful the flowers were and how grateful she was to have a friend like me!!!!
