Since Cliff and Austin began they have focused on custom making and repairing jewelry the right way. Now with their 2 children, Maggie and Clark, joining the business, it's truly a family affair!

My daughter got her ears pierced here and it was such a great experience. They took as long as was needed to make sure she was comfortable and ready to get the piercing completed.
I just recently went back to get my daughter her next set of earrings for Xmas gift. I found a pair of 14k heart ones that were perfect.
The service is awesome and friendly. It's been positive for us and we will come back again when it's time for some more earrings for her.

be re-pierced. Anna was wonderful.
Patient, persistent and very gentle.
It was a slight challenge, but Anna
took time until she succeeded.
The price of $31, including the studs
was very reasonable and the free
parking, in a small mall strip was
an extra bonus.
Highly recommend Anna and Claydon

I came into Claydon's with a unique idea and not only did they turn my idea into reality, they also completely exceeded my expectations in terms of professionalism, quality of work, turnaround time, and price. Long story short, they assisted me with taking a piece of a family heirloom ring and transforming it into my wedding band. I love the sentimentality of my new band and would not hesitate to come into Claydon's again for any jewelry inquiry. They are as kind as they are knowledgeable.

My wife hadn't wore her wedding ring for quite a while because it was in such bad shape - a split band and a loose diamond setting. We got a few jewelers to offer advice on repairs and reluctantly agreed to let Cliff and his team at Claydon Jewelers fix all of the ring's faults. When Maggie handed the repaired ring back to my wife, my wife broke into tears and said the ring looked and felt like it did over 30 years ago. Exceeded our expectations. I don't do many Yelp reviews but felt compelled to mention this place.

I went in with my husband who wanted to buy me 2 gifts, one for my birthday & one for our anniversary. We were ignored for 5 minutes & someone finally said they would be right with us but never were. One lady was seated with a couple and couldn’t lift her head to even greet us. Heading elsewhere now. If we could give 0 stars we would.

I had an heirloom ring that was really worn down and needed help. Cliff brought it back to life- it is stunning! Austin created a custom band for me with minimal direction - a budget and a little sparkle- she nailed it. I'm so happy! I thought the price was very fair. This is my second time having jewelry repaired here. The service is excellent and the work is superb. If you have jewelry that needs repairing, bring it here. You will not be disappointed. They do what they say they will do and charge exactly what they quote you in the beginning. Upfront and honest!

Thrilled I found Claydon Jewelers! I knew they would be good and trustworthy because I had many people in my circle recommend them. But I was even happier when I walked in: the cleanliness, the friendliness, the family feel, all the hand sanitizer, and of course the family dogs! I'm a permanent customer now! Absolutely great people all owners and staff are friendly with their clients.
Items seem fairly priced, and nice selection.
I was there to get help with closing an estate 3 different times. Each time I had a different person and each time was treated well and observed how they treated other customers.
