Jack Poole came to us in Destin, FL while my partner and I were on vacation celebrating our engagement. Naturally, one of our rings went flying off our buttery fingers after eating crab legs at Pompano Joe’s… into the sand below. We were seated on the top deck and it was after dark!! Don & Ellen Wilson were amazing. Very friendly and made you feel comfortable. I could tell right away they knew what they were doing with the equipment that they had. My husband lost his engraved tugston… wedding ring in the backyard of my grandmother's house playing basketball with my daughter a year after we married. We searched off and on for 10 years. My husband lost his ring on our family beach trip. We searched all day for it and had almost given up hope when we saw Mr. Duffey walking on the beach looking for someone else’s ring. We asked him if he was kind enough to look for us and that we would pay him. He did and he found it in 20 minutes!! We were so grateful!!

Don was great! He came out the same day I called even from the other side of the island. My wife and I were of course in shambles of losing my wedding ring on our honeymoon. Don was determined to find the ring.… Joe and one his buddies found the ring a little bit earlier in the day before the second trip Don made. Excellent service! I lost my engagement ring over the winter in our yard while it was snowing. While we didn’t find it right away, Rob from the Ring Finders came back out in the spring when the snow had melted. 40min later her found my ring! Highly recommend if you’ve lost something of value to you.
