ExceeD Real Estate School is proud to bring the South Carolina Concealed Weapons Permit Course to the Realtor community and to the general public!. Interactive CWP course to include South Carolina Law Enforcement Division requirements for your CWP application. The cost of the SLED Application is NOT INCLUDED in the cost of the course.
In order to apply to take the SC Real Estate Sales examination, you must complete a Commission approved 60 hour Pre-licensing course. The only exception to this would be if you have a law degree or a four year BA with a major in real estate. The South Carolina Real Estate Commission requires students to take a total of 90 hours in class.

Kristi Atkins is a GREAT instructor, I would definitely recommend her. However, the Main Office is very hard to get in contact with if you have questions, called THREE separate times during office hours in December and only received ONE callback. I had to email THEM, even after leaving my email in my voicemails, and I feel like they only emailed back so fast because I left a bad review. Yet, in the end I was given assistance and able to register for my courses after trying to get in contact with them for about three weeks.

I would recommend this class to anyone looking to excel in their career. Shane is an awesome instructor who has an extraordinary ability to teach in a way we all understood and were able to progress. I really enjoyed learning here! Shane, the instructor, was awesome! He made learning easy, fun and effective!

As a Broker in the business Exceed Real Estate School does a fantastic job of preparing the students and building their foundation and understanding of the Laws that govern our industry. I’m so thankful I had the opportunity to take my Unit I and Unit II courses at Exceed! The entire staff goes above and beyond to ensure you succeed not just in the class, but as you’re jumpstarting your new real estate career. The school brought in many agents and brokers to share about their companies, and many of my classmates were able to schedule interviews with various brokerages around Columbia while we were taking courses. The majority of us knew which broker we would be working for before we even completed Unit II! This would not have been possible without the resources that were provided
