A guy answered the phone and was very rude. I had to ask if it was an exterminating company since he didn't state it when answered the phone. He had a very condensending and impatient attitude. Would not recommend. I never write reviews but the lack of customer service was incredible.

After reading previous customer comments, and noting that this company is accredited with Better Business Bureau, I called for an estimate. I was less than impressed with the demeanor, tone and attitude shared from the representative answering the phone.
I will go with my gut reaction and pass on using this company. What incentive or motivation do they have to provide excellent service the first time, when they can come back in 30 days for another chunk of change to do the same service? No guarantees!
