Asked a lot of questions to assess my concern. Explained a plan to keep Mr mouse ,his family and friends from seeking refuge in a property (without cats)not only during the winter months but year round . Phase one is in action the next phase deals with eliminating access.

I had seen great reviews, so when I realized how bad the stink bugs were in the attic over my garage, I contacted them. They took the time to explain things, great communication and responsiveness, and were able to fit me in quickly. Arrived promptly, very professional, and hopefully have given the stink bugs (& box elders, etc) their eviction notice. Highly recommend, and, from my experience, I understand why they have such great reviews and 5-star ratings. Thank you Rich & Jay! Rich was great! I had a chip monk in my dryer vent that had fallen in and couldn't get out. He came a carefully remove the poor dehydrated fella and released him in the woods. He also resolved my issue by putting a wire mesh under the flap to keep out future visitors. I really appreciate his friendly demeanor and service. I will be using them in the future! Highly recommend them!
