I was not impressed with the "townhouse" we were shown. It looked nothing like the photos online or what was described to us on the phone. The kitchen was tiny and smaller than our current apartment kitchen. There appeared to be another unit above the townhouse. We specifically told them we did not want anyone over us. The part of the complex we were shown doesn't have a good set up. If you have water delivery or another monthly service it's not going to be easy to get to you. It's hard to tell where each unit actually is. Daily paper delivery and package delivery must be a nightmare. Parking is

Okay, this place is quiet and peaceful but not without its flaws.
You can't have packages delivered here. They always get lost or delivered to the wrong building. Don't know why they haven't yet worked out a logical delivery system with carriers like FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc. We literally have to go searching every surrounding building and distant buildings with similar-looking apartment letters to find our packages.
On top of that, they increase rent every year by $25, now $30, without explanation or indication of improvements being made. Year after year, those increases add up and cause significant
