A bit expensive for unrenovated apartments and the laundry rooms are a joke they flood the dont wash well there's barley any washers so you literally have to spend the whole day waiting for your chance to get a machine and when you call maintenance or someone else does they just show up whenever they want without letting you know and they kept coming when we were at work

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Do not live here if you care about peace and quiet. They have a rule of 25 lb or less for dogs- They DO NOT enforce this rule. There are UNTRAINED BARKING DOGS EVERYWHERE. The management refuses to to anything about our peace and quiet. It feels like we live in a dog park daily -we can't even keep our windows open.

Winter storm Orlena dropped 25.8" of snow over course of two days. Gateways had snow management removal crews; in plows and shovels in place around the clock. So that the first few photos show what it looked like during, and the last two show the morning of February 2nd 2021

Great management company, office is very knowledgeable and helpful as is maintenance. I think the rental prices are good for the amenities included and those you can opt to get. Wish ALL tenants w/pets would pick up after them. Careless disgusting tenants are the reason most properties will not accept pets. Ernestine is very nice and ready to answer questions. Read all your paperwork and ask questions. I've never felt a bait and switch situation. They're upfront of all rules and conditions. READ and abide by contract and you will not have problems. I've moved from here once before and again back

We stayed here for 8 months while our new home was being renovated. I dealt with Nicole from the office a lot, she was always so sweet and delightful. Any questions or concerns was answered immediately via phone or email.
We rented a “newly renovated” apartment.. however after being there for 1 week we noticed the grout in the bathroom already started chipping. Every bathroom had a small little window that does nothing except create black mold. The kitchen was very small with no countertop space. These apartments have no ceiling lights or fans except for the one that is off set from the living

During these times of hardship, its amazes me that you people would still charge a hundred dollar fee to open an apartment door after forgetting ones keys at work. Even when I walked into your office during working hours. In the case it was an emergency situation; during the time the maintenance staff wasn't available, maybe a 25-30$ charge would be acceptable. But its not, and seeing that you people are doing nothing to help the tenants currently living here makes me sick. Nothing but money hungry thiefs. I gave it 2 stars because, the lady Ernestine was very sweet and understanding,but if not

Despite all of the negative 1 Star reviews, I decided to look in to this place on my own free will...you can't always trust people who are unhappy about having to pay penalties (when they literally signed a lease) knowing this would occur if they left early etc...
