Receptionist started off alright and then proceeded to sound annoyed. Tried to say Okay thank you
“ at the end and got cut off and transferred at “ okay Tha..” couldn’t even finish thanking the woman before she transferred me over. Unwelcoming and rude staff.

They tried billing me after I paid a few times, had to show them the receipts they gave me lol. Therapist I was seeing quit, transferred to someone who I could barely understand because of a strong accent. Would not go back

I would give 5 stars for my son.
He has the best therapist. She is the only one left. No hope there for anyone else as an adult. They change therapists like bedsheets. No one cares anymore there except Kaley. Nothing else matters.

Reputation for being mission driven and genuinely committed to the community.. Supportive of clinicians ethical responsibility to advocate for their clients. While this is in most psychotherapists ethical codes it is rare in community mental health!

Great for meeting all your families therapy needs. All the therapists are professional and empathetic. I found them to be very knowledgeable in a lot of different training exercises.

The lady at the desk obviously doesn't give two craps about the patients she likes to laugh in people's faces and make them feel like they're nothing but s***being that her life is so great she's not willing to help others and doesn't give to schitts about helping those in need I would definitely not recommend this place for anyone instead go to CSI they know how to take care of their people

I go to there every week and my therapist is great we really have a good bond with each other. He supports me with my depression, anxiety, and other issues that I have. When I go to my sessions I feel safe and not judged.

Worst place to work, people are clicky, I have never been treated like a child @ work! Miserable old ladies ruin the whole atmosphere! Never mind they fired me thru an email for nothing and never gave me my… chance to speak up when I was getting verbally harassed and also for a mh clinic they discriminated against my autistic child! Awful awful awful company!
