Kency was born and raised in NY as a member of a large Haitian-American family after his parents immigrated to the US in the 1980s.
Kency received his bachelor's degree in psychology and his master's degree in mental health counseling from Pace University where he is now an adjunct professor of psychology. Today, Kency is also the Clinical Director of a co-occurring enhanced residential treatment program for adults struggling with addiction and mental illness.

Services
My entire educational and professional career has been in support of my life vision to help those in need in such a way that they are able to help others. I have been honored to be an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Pace University since 2013. In additional to academics, Kency is the Clinical Director of an adult co-occuring residential treatment program; serving those with substance dependence and mental illness.
For us today, we can choose to be grateful we have another opportunity to start new again. Long-term committed relationships are based on the premise that you 'really know your partner'. It's learning the predictable habits that. For the last 3 weeks I've incorporated meditation, mindfulness, and slow deep breathing into my daily morning and evening routines.
