Updating this from a year ago because I called today and they told me no they have too much service to do and don't know if they can help me in the future either because they had a technician leave the business. If they had told me they are going to have to work me in a bit down the road would have understood. If they had referred me elsewhere would have definitely been impressed. As it was, I can't see bothering to contact them again.

I am writing you this to express how pleased I am with the inspection,scheduling, and service performed yesterday August 11th at 756 Laxford rd. In San Jacinto.
I am a believer in giving credit where it's due, so here is your "at-a-boy"
As you know, we needed our balcony treated for hardwood termites, and a section of eaves replaced(about 12') on the second story of our home due to wood rot. Your technicians arrived and performed with a high level of professionalism, and completed the task in a timely, and attentive manner. I literally was outside for 10 minutes
