I was in need of fumigation for termites. In doing some searching for someone local I found Moat termite & pest control. Jason was able to come out the same day I called for an inspection and to discuss fumigation. Once we had a date set he made sure we had everything we needed to prepare for the tenting process, and even called a few days prior to make sure we didn't have any questions before the tenting day. Highly recommend Moat.

Jeff was the technician who came to do the pest service. Even though it was a terribly hot day, Jeff had a smile, was polite, and listened attentively to what I asked him to do, and not to do.
When Jeff told me he was finished with the service, I remembered that the tree in the backyard was usually a haven for ants. I was just going to let it go till next time, but Jeff said he would go back and check it out. Not only did he affirm that the tree had ants, he went back and treated the tree.
I was very happy with Jeff's work and would gladly have him complete my pest service next time!

Jasons team is a very respectful and professional team. They are always on time. They don’t do a half fast spray like other company’s do and take your money. They come and inspect first to see where the problem is coming from.

So I called Moat Pest control to help us out with a VA Termite inspection. Jason was responsive and got us on his calendar within days, which was awesome. Even though in the end he did find some areas that needed repairs, he provided a quote for the repairs that was reasonable and a timeline that was great.
The repair team showed up, and performed the repairs and we can't even tell where affected areas were.
Our experience overall was awesome and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good honest termite inspection.

We had evidence of termites in two locations upstairs. Jason and Jeff came out and did the evaluation for free and confirmed our fears. Jeff came back 3 days later and did the treatment, which is warrantied for a year, as well as pest service. They were great! We were happy to support Jason's small business. They were on time, polite and thorough. I had picked up the referral from Facebook. When someone is in your home, you definitely want someone trustworthy. Thank you Jason and Jeff!

Jason answered his phone on my initial call, no need to leave a msg, I texted him the picture of the bug as we were talking, he explained everything and the type of bug in detail, he gave an appointment when it was convenient for me, he is very professional and very knowledgeable, I'm not one to write reviews unless you're exceptional. Jason was really great to work with. He did a thorough inspection and gave me options and recommendations on how to remedy my termite issue. He didn't push for the most expensive option . I called Moat Termite Control early on 9/28/18 do see if they could come out and do an inspection because that is my biggest fear of getting those little critters. Jason called me back within about 10 minutes and schedule to come out the same day. He was very professional and got the job done. He was honest too and not trying to sell me on stuff that I don't need! Dont look any further I highly recommend them and if need be I will be using this company again!
