During the purchase process we experienced the below incidents. We were told our loan was being processed through Loanstream. This was horrible! Each day we were told the process would be completed today and today never came. Per our lender, each time something was requested it would take a week or so for a response and by that time something else… was required. This process has been going on since July and here we are Oct and still nothing.
My husband and I put a contract on what we considered our dream home on July 1. Our realtor put us in contact with this lender Al Soumah immediately
