You've done the hard work getting into your home qualifying for a new FHA Insured Loan ~ Now it's time to capitalize on the market and improve your cash flow! The FHA Streamline Refinance was created by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to enable homeowners to take advantage of Historical Low Rates and/or reduced mortgage insurance (MMI) without the need of a new appraisal.
The FHA Streamline Program is designed to lower the monthly principal and interest payments on a currently HUD-insured mortgage and must involve no cash back to the borrower. No new Appraisal is required nor debt-to-income (DTI) qualifying, only that a borrow is gainfully employed at the time of application and has ongoing employment.

I contacted Streamline because of a mailer they sent me. They had a very good offer but I told them that it was all contingent upon them closing the deal before the month was out. We had a few hiccups along the way, due to some previous financing issues with a Pace Loan that required more time to reconvey however, David Schweikert and Taylor Garnier.
both worked diligently and spent many hours and phone calls and were ultimately able to get the lender to loosen up their reins and we closed on the last day of the month. Whatever they were paid, they more then earned it. They kept me in the loop
