Highly recommend this dental place for your cleanings and checkup. The appointment time was accurate and I was seated within 15 minutes. The front desk staff are polite.
My interaction was mostly with Brenda, she’s an amazing healthcare professional! She updates you on what procedures are taking place and I felt very comfortable with her, the dentist, and hygienist as well.

I just want to say that the ladies and gentlemen who work in this dentistry are amazing. I have had an extensive amount of work done here at a decent price and I could not be more than happy. They are very compassionate and I feel safe while I’m in their care. I travel from Houston just to see them because of how affordable and professional they are compared to many dentist I have been to. Their work is guaranteed and they’ll help you no matter how bad things are. Don’t look anywhere else. This is the dentistry you have to go to!

The staffs there were amazing with my children! They were all so welcoming, friendly, professional and gentle…. Made us feel safe and at home. Everyone at the front desk were nice; Kelly and Duc were friendly and gentle, and also did an amazing job on my daughter, and Dr. Kathy Nguyen was so caring, patient and gentle with my son and daughter. This dental company is out of sight!!!! From the receptionist to the dental assistants, to the Dentist themselves!!! They have superior customer service. My boys and I came in to have routine work done, and I didn’t have to worry about my children, they were in great hands with their dental care. They repaired my smile. I haven’t saw this smile since I was 11 years old! I feel so new. I’ve been very emotional and I thank you all so very much! Here’s to a lifelong relationship!

Friendly staff but All I see in their faces are dollar signs. They treat the patient like a commodity. They will squeeze out every possible penny from you as they can.
Staff is not attentive. Even after making an appointment it'll take them at least 1 hour before someone takes your blood pressure, and then 30 minutes later someone will give you a mouth wash, 30 minutes later someone will numb you. So the procedure prep take about two hours.
If you want to waste an entire day waiting at the dentist office definitely go to nightmare

I came here for the first time. Service was friendly. I came here to get their teeth whitening service and got a teeth cleaning as well. Marleni Burgos did am amazing job. They explain everything to you so you're not surprised by crazy charges. The facility is nice and clean. Definitely recommend coming here :)

This is the 2nd time that I've taken my son there and they've had him waiting for over an hour before starting any work on him. It's unsatisfactory to have a child sitting there for over an hour and nobody even checked in on him to make sure he was alright! We were there anyways due to their mistake because a filling came out! They're just money hungry and they don't care about their patients. I don't recommend you going there and I'll never take my son back. Go to another one of their locations. I go to the location in Arlington and I love it! My son will be

The staff is so sweet and so considerate of your needs. I'm so upset that I didn't find this dental earlier. Sometimes my mouth gets sensitive when they're being cleaned and it feels uncomfortable but they totally made sure nothing hurt an numbed the area they were cleaning. Clean environment and nice people!

I'm usually terrified to go to the dentist but the moment I walked in I received a warm welcome from the ladies there. The front desk lady, Jessenia was so kind and informative as well as the dentist who attended me. The routine check up was a breeze and I will definitely be back! They are all so great and I highly recommend Dreamworks Dental!

I hate to give this review and a rating of one. All Though The Dr And Office Manager Is Great. But On The Other Hand The Dental Assistants and front office staff is horrible. They lack professional skills. They dont know what they're doing the list goes on and on. At first i would recommend this place to others and co workers but now I have never send anyone else here. After my treatment is over i will take my business somewhere else.
