Very disappointed in Christmas arrangement I ordered. The friend I sent it to sent me a picture and it looked nothing like I ordered. Specifically said no roses, had 2 already fully opened and never asked for wilting daisy's or the poorly tied bow or the sparse fillers. For the amount of money it cost, it really should have and could have looked better.

Go look for some other florist. This one sucks! I never write reviews, but I had to with this one. This was supposed to be a birthday arrangment for someone very special to my family. I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. Janelle is so unpleasant to speak with The flowers look nothing like the web description. Also, the message that I wanted sent was not sent as written. They didn’t want to help me in anyway. And the flowers were literally half the size of what they look like on the website, Run… look elsewhere! They won’t help you at all! Flowers are poor too! I now know why this place

After purchasing close to $900 of flowers for my sister's memorial services i was very disappointed the quality was not what I expected or promised the flowers showed up late to the church and the ribbons that were placed in the flowers were nothing more than a ribbon with handwriting with a black magic Marker

Called from Pueblo,Co. to order flowers for my sister in Aurora. Actually talked to florist’s daughter who was so professional & kind. Really cared about order & promised it would be Beautiful. I was super excited to get the flowers from this shop for Mother’s Day and when I went in I was told I couldn’t be in there with out a mask and I would have to wait outside. Then when I got the flowers , most of them were already dying and some falling to the side. Mind you, They didn’t look like the picture. I told the girl “these don’t look like the ones in the picture” and she told me “yeah we added more greenery to it” at this point I was already very annoyed because I could’ve went to king soopers and gotten nicer flowers for less.
