I called the florist Monday AM and the lady I spoke to handled both issues. Wonderful! Delivered on Friday and also delivered the second choice arrangement.

These short-lived flowers were purchased for the enjoyment of guests at my fiancé’s new salon in celebration of her grand opening. This review we reach a fraction of the people that will be reached at the salon, sadly there was no standing behind product as one would come to expect in our society today. The person, possibly the owner, I communicated with said the shelf life on fresh cut flowers is 5 to 7 days, which is laughable because I purchase flowers for myself regularly and never have I had flower look like this in 5 days, never.

Ana at Petals and Blooms was fantastic! I had ordered flowers for my daughter’s wedding day several weeks prior. Then I got a email from the company saying they cannot deliver on the day they were supposed to deliver. It was Mother’s Day weekend. Ana saved the day! The flowers were beautiful and delivered in a very timely manner. I would highly recommend this florist for any of your floral needs.

I had placed an order online on May 7, 2020 for mothers day and scheduled it to be delivered on May 10, 2020 for my grandmother and aunt due to me being out of state. When I called and spoke to a lady on the phone kinda asking for a time frame or even if they were out for delivery she was very rude and wouldn't even tell me the status of my arrangement I had spent around $100 on. Only then when I told her I spent the money I did she then asked for the zip code and name on the order. When my family received them and sent me a picture of what they looked like it was nothing like the photo I saw online

Called long distance from Alabama to order an arrangement for delivery in Aurora, CO from this florist. I was skeptical since long distance orders for flower arrangements rarely represented the samples on the websites. However, I was pleasantly surprised when the recipient sent me a photo of the delivery. The arrangement was wonderfully designed, flowers were full, fresh and colorful and the recipient was very impressed with the quality that she has decided to use this florist for her deliveries.

I ordered in December of 2018. It is long over due praise but I am updating this week my reviews. I wanted to give a good review as the owner was extremely helpful. She went out of her way to call the person being delivered to and find out when she would be home. She put together a fresh and beautiful bouquet of flowers. Helping me write card over phone. The family it was delivered to loved them and sent me pictures. It was a great experience ordering over phone and not able to see product. I trusted her and she went above and beyond anything I could pick out. Thank you so much to the owner!!!

So I ordered flowers from 1800flowers on Thursday Oct. 26th being told there would be no issue. On my anniversary on Nov 1st at 12:30 I was told they couldn’t guarantee delivery on time so I had to cancel. I call this shop up and tell them my predicament and they got flowers to my wife at an affordable price within an hour and a half. The wonderful customer service from the lady I talked to on the phone was fantastic. I will only order from this shop from now on. Thank you for saving the day!
