Active Release Technique (ART) is a hands-on method to diagnose and treat soft tissue disorders. Our doctors use their knowledge of anatomy and biomechanical function to help the body heal chronic and acute muscle, tendon and joint injuries, as well as nerve entrapment syndromes.
ART practitioners are certified in spinal, lower and upper extremity regions and have developed diagnostic skills and treatment protocols through extensive post graduate studies.ART is commonly used as a conservative treatment for repetitive use injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome, rotator cuff strains and lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow).
