The pandemic has resulted in some continued changes to our office hours to ensure we have time to properly clean. Both doctors are currently working Monday and Friday from 8am until 6pm. Dr. Mack, Sr. is also working on Wednesday from 8:30am-6pm. Dr. Mack, Jr. is working Tuesday mornings from 8am-noon and Thursday from 8am-6pm.
The doctors are alternating Saturday mornings and treat patients between 8am-noon. As the need arises and conditions allow, we will be expanding our hours. Emergency patients can call the office (585.671.0882) for how to contact us outside of these hours. The focus of our office is the evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of neuromusculoskeletal conditions.

Services
In our office, the first visit begins by filling out a questionnaire dealing with the current problem and any related past illnesses or trauma. The next step is to meet the doctor and go through a history and exam. At the end of the exam, the doctor will discuss the findings and suggest what treatments would be appropriate for your condition.
We participate with most local insurance plans that provide coverage for chiropractic care. Some companies include Aetna, Blue Choice, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Choice Medicare Advantage, Excellus BCBS, Medicare, United Healthcare, No-Fault, and Workers' Compensation. Your financial responsibility for service is determined by your individual plan and the contracted rates developed by your insurance company.

My Husband and I have been going to this Doctor for years. Dr. Mack Jr and his staff are amazing. I had disc explode in my back and after numerous regular Dr Appointments that didn't help, Dr. Mack and his staff were able to get me in for an MRI and referred me to a neurosurgeon to take care of the problem. Although Surgery is not the first option anyone should consider it was the right choice for me. I do go back to see Dr. Mack Jr whenever I'm out of alignment and I'm very happy with his treatment. He is very knowledgeable and caring. If you have never tried Chiropractic care I highly recommend
